Comprehensive Advocacy Services

Full-Service Educational Advocacy Support

 

Our Comprehensive Advocacy Services are designed for families seeking consistent, hands-on support throughout the special education process and your child's educational career. This service provides ongoing guidance, collaboration, preparation, and advocacy support tailored to your child’s unique educational needs.

Services include:

  • Review and analysis of educational records and evaluations

  • Advocacy strategy development

  • Guidance regarding IDEA, Section 504, procedural safeguards, and educational programming

  • Preparation for school meetings

  • Attendance at all formal school meetings

  • Communication support and drafting assistance

  • Collaboration with school teams and outside providers as appropriate

This service is ideal for families navigating:

  • Initial evaluations

  • IEP development and revisions

  • Eligibility concerns

  • Behavioral and disciplinary issues

  • Placement concerns

  • Transition planning

  • Ongoing educational advocacy needs

Comprehensive Advocacy Services are provided through a retainer and annual agreement structure to ensure continuity, organization, and ongoing support throughout the school year.

Monthly Advocacy Support

Ongoing Guidance for Families

 

Our Monthly Advocacy Support Subscription is designed for families who would benefit from consistent guidance and access to advocacy support without the need for full-service representation.

This option provides ongoing educational advocacy support in a flexible, lower-commitment format.

Monthly Subscription Services include:

  • One monthly check-in meeting

  • Monthly reminders to schedule check-ins

  • Email drafting support

  • Educational record maintenance and retention

  • Access to educational resources, guidance materials, and blog content

  • General guidance regarding special education procedures and best practices

Subscription members also receive access to discounted rates for additional advocacy services, including meeting attendance and additional consultations.

This service is ideal for families who:

  • Want continued support between school meetings

  • Need periodic guidance and organization

  • Prefer a proactive approach to advocacy

  • Want access to advocacy support as concerns arise

Document Drafting

Written Advocacy Support 

 

Our Document Drafting Advocacy Services are designed for parents who want assistance preparing effective, organized, and professional written communications related to their child’s education.

Services may include:

  • Parent concern letters

  • Requests for evaluations or Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)

  • IEP input statements

  • State complaint or OCR complaint drafting support

  • Educational records requests

  • Written responses to school concerns

  • Editing and reviewing parent-written communications

  • Waiver drafting support

  • Virtual meetings to review drafted documents

These services are ideal for families who prefer to advocate independently while receiving professional support with written communication and documentation.

Expedited drafting services may be available for urgent requests.
